Rosina Bullen is a young vocalist based in New York. Born and raised in the UK she did her undergraduate degree at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London graduating in the summer of 2018. She then moved to New York to begin her masters degree at the prestigious Manhattan School of Music and splits her time between New York and London.
Rosina features with a number of ensembles across a range of different genres as well as running her own projects performing original compositions inspired by the Jazz tradition. She has performed in a number of London Jazz venues including the prestigious Dean Street Pizza Express Jazz Club and the Spice of Life. Inspired by the music of Sarah Vaughan, Kurt Elling and Betty Carter, her voice presents a rich and full tone, which she uses to greatest effect in her improvising.
